The assigned person collects FFB images and labels each with its ripeness class/grade, in the alesia trainer app.

Learning & Monitoring

Submitted datasets from the field are checked and used to train the artificial intelligence to improve performance.

Alesia Control

The alesia control web app provides model and dataset management for this process.

Deployment

The updated AI model is deployed to the android application and installed to the mobile phone.
