Stakeholder Management

Know the who's who around each site: officials, local figures and organisations, how one influences another, and what was promised to each. semaiSM keeps the stakeholder database, the social map, the relationship network, the log, commitments, grievances and greetings in one system on your own servers, with data protection built into every field.

For the complete view, open this on a laptop, PC or tablet.

What semaiSM Does

Ten modules over one shared platform. Each module answers a named rule or standard, and each owns its own records.

Stakeholder Database

Persons, organisations and groups in one place. Public-role facts carry their source and date; personal fields open only with a purpose, a lawful basis and a DPIA.

Social and Stakeholder Mapping

Each actor on a power and interest grid, with salience, your own identification codes and vulnerable groups flagged.

Relationship and Network Map

Ties between people and groups, with type, direction, strength and source. Degree and betweenness show the brokers and the paths.

Log, Commitments, Grievances

Every meeting with its follow-up, every promise with an owner and a due date, every complaint from intake to close-out.

Relationship Calendar

Greetings planned from the national holiday decree and, where allowed, personal dates. A guard blocks items of value to officials outright.

Reports Regulators Ask For

The PROPER social mapping and stakeholder engagement documents, the PPM master plan input and grievance counts per site, regenerated from the records.

Why semaiSM

A stakeholder map is already required, and the personal data behind it is regulated. One piece of fieldwork should serve every rule that asks for it.

Regulation Asks for the Map

The 2025 PROPER criteria score a social mapping document of actors, the network between them, their power and interest, and vulnerable groups. PP 39/2025 puts social mapping results into the PPM master plan.

The Standard Says Shall

AA1000SES requires the owners of the engagement to profile and map their stakeholders with a stated method. IFC and the World Bank publish the working templates.

Public Data Is Still Personal Data

UU PDP has no exemption for public data. Tiered profiling, notice to the persons profiled and handling of their objections are built in, not added later.

Greetings Without Gratification

A greeting in words passes. Parcels, cash, THR, vouchers and goods to officials are blocked outright; anything else beyond words goes to the gratification control unit.

On Your Own Servers

The dedicated stakeholder products we checked run as vendor-hosted services, and none was confirmed for on-premise installation. semaiSM runs inside your premises.

Who Influences Whom

Ties are recorded with their source and date, and the scores show where to listen. They pass no verdict on a person.

How It Works

One new village head, followed from the first news item to the line he adds to the social map. Every step leaves a record with its source and date. The people and the village are fictional.

Solution Architecture Overview

Ten modules and five platform services inside one boundary on your premises. Your CSR application sits on your company network; messaging and email sit outside, with the optional sign-in and calendar links dashed. Questions still open are marked with a question mark.

Data Protection by Design

What may enter a profile, on what basis, and what may leave as a greeting. Some data has no field at all, so no gate can open it.
