The Situation

An Indonesian palm oil group moves bulk liquid product across 18 dispatch sites: 11 mills, 4 bulk terminals, a station, two dispatch points.

These sites and operations are under certification rules requiring delivery data traceable end to end.

Previously, it ran on paper: notes retyped, logs recopied.
